Order Confirmation
All purchases submitted are not binding on eArousal till you receive a confirmation email from us. The confirmation email will be sent to you within 1 business day upon receipt of your order. eArousal reserves the right to accept or reject any order.

Order Cancellation
Request to cancel orders will not be entertained once orders are mailed.

Shipping
Orders are processed within 1 business day and shipped via Singapore Post.

Exchange Policy
If there are manufacturing defects in the products or for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with a prompt exchange. Please send a notification email to info@eArousal.com.sg within 3 business days of delivery. Postage and/ or shipping charges are non-refundable unless the exchange is due to an error on our part. We do not refund the cost of gift-wrapping or gift boxes.

eArousal reserves the right to determine what constitutes a defective product. Replacement of products will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of eArousal and subject to stock availability and may not be immediate.

A product may be exchanged provided it is returned in its original condition and packaging, unworn (except for fitting), unwashed, unsoiled, undamaged, unaltered, with no traces of perfume or any smell and all labels/ tags intact.

Defective and/ or incorrect-sized products may only be exchanged for the same design. If stock is unavailable, we welcome exchange for a different design that is of the same or higher value. Customers have to top up the difference in value for exchange for a higher-value product. No cash will be refunded for a lower-value product.

For the courtesy of our customers, please try on all products over your intimate garments. eArousal reserves the right to refuse exchange of products when it is apparent that the above has not been practiced.

Products such as stockings, bodystockings, ladies' and men's underwear are excluded from our exchange policy for hygiene reasons. All discounted items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Indemnification
You have agreed to defend, indemnify and hold eArousal harmless from and against any claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or relating to your direct and/ or indirect use of this website.

eArousal assumes no responsibility or liability for the manner in which any of our products are used.

eArousal is not held responsible for products lost in transit. Registered post is highly recommended for local orders and compulsory for all international orders.
