We absorb postage (excluding registered postage) for local orders. We further absorb the registered postage if your purchase exceeds SGD 70.00 nett.

All products in their original packaging are enclosed and shipped discreetly in a thick opaque envelope. Only our return address is indicated on the reverse of the envelope.

It is a requirement that a Customs Declaration label describing the content and its quantity be pasted on the envelope for international orders. The content will be described as “Apparel”.

Please allow 1 business day for order processing and the following additional timeframe for shipping:

Local Order
Singpost Standard Mail – Approx 1 to 2 business days
Singpost Registered Mail – Approx 2 to 3 business days

International Order
Singpost Registered Mail – 5 to 15 days depending on the destination, local conditions and Customs.

If the size does not fit, we accept exchange for a different size in the same design provided the product is returned in its original condition and packaging, unworn (except for fitting), unwashed, unsoiled, undamaged, unaltered, with no traces of perfume or any smell and all labels/ tags intact. Please notify us at info@eArousal.com.sg within 3 business days of receipt.

For the courtesy of our customers, please try on all products over your intimate garments. We reserve the right to refuse exchange of products when it is apparent that the above has not been practised.
